Clear: To Dos & Reminders App Reviews

I have had this app for years. I use it the least for tasks. It is very fast, easy, intuitive for a quick grocery list. I just hardly use it because my daily lists are on other apps. I hardly use it because for normal, daily tasks because: The current emailing of tasks includes all of the color. I just want a simple list. There can be a little bit of color, but to color the entire list is excessive use of ink and is just not professionally formatted. It is very large and ridiculous. There is no way to batch move tasks from one list to another on the phone. This is the deal-breaker for me. This is so important.

I love this app… I use it daily. It comes in very handy when trying to organize your thoughts, prioritize what you need to do, and get things done. I highly recommend it!!

What more can I say? Syncing notes via iCloud has been broken for over a year, and the developers ignore requests for information about when a fix will be available. Whats worse is that they continue to tout iCloud syncing as a major feature on their website, even when links to their FAQ page and manual -- the links on their OWN homepage -- are broken.

This app has really helped me with fulfilling my New Years resolutions regarding productivity so I love that aspect but I would be all the more better if we could have support for force touch to jump right into lists!

Simple, elegant and powerful tool to manage tasks. Like ability to create multiple lists. Themes, sounds and quotes add fun while managing tasks. Improves with time - love addition of Mac app and ability to add reminders.

Should have the option to make a to-do list. And also have monthly reminders.

To start, I have tried many different to-do list apps and all of them have been either too cluttered or too complex. I just wanted a simple list that I could quickly add items to and easily reorder. Clear is exactly what I needed. Clear is the best and most simple to-do app on the App Store. It only does one thing (to-do lists) and does it amazingly. It doesn’t try to be more than it can be and is true to its roots. If you need anything more than a list and notification reminders, Clear is not for you. On the other hand, if you only want a simple, reorder-able list of tasks and simple notifications, get Clear now!

I use this all the time for when I buy groceries and as a wish list. Also love that it uses iCloud.

I own both the iOS app and Mac OS versions and I love this app

Why isnt there an undo button? When maybe you accidentally delete something? I still want louder alerts! Can we pick individual colors for each list we create? Can we get a choice of what list we want to show in Notification Center? Can we get a little plus (+) sign in Notification Center to add a task to our default list? Can our lists show up in other calendar apps? Can we snooze or choose to move an item we set an alert on? These are a few features that I think Clear should add to keep it worth using and owning.

Clear is great. I keep finding other to do / list apps but end up coming back to Clear. I appreciate the simplicity of it but wish it had just slightly more features - like sub lists. But besides that, not much I would change.

Basic, bare-bones, but very satisfying to use. Syncing is real nice with my Mac. Location-based reminders would be a charm to have though.

Would be ok if the devs responded to you at all for suggestions.

First time Ive ever felt compelled to write and app review. I tested out several apps like Clear and then gladly paid for Clear. Its easy and intuitive, and take very little to add/remove tasks. Its just the simple tool I was looking for. Satisfying little sounds when you complete your task. Indispensable life hack!

I love this app. Its very clear , intuitive way to organize your errands and to do lists. Very clean and clear interface, that once you get used to , you might wonder how did I ever live without this app. Love the fact that you can make multiple lists, and can prioritize items, by order and shade of color. Highly recommended!

update - downgraded to three stars because syncing has become unreliable. sometimes it syncs, sometimes it dont. no discernible pattern This is the simplest, sexiest, sleekest, lists app ever. Its my most used app on four devices and I look forward to opening it every time.

I have huge todo lists, which became unmanageable. Using Clear allowed me to focus on the most important and immediate tasks. I use it on two iOS devices and on my Mac, and have had not sync problems.

Great for to-do lists, grocery lists, reading lists, whatever lists

I come back to this app after trying several others for its simplicity. Its visually appealing, stopped down and simple yet designed from the ground up for touch. When Im stressed and have a bunch of things to get done I always use Clear.

By far my favorite Task List / Reminders app! It took a little getting used to but now Im sold. Definitely one of my favorite apps on my phone. The only thing that would make it better for me is if it was easier to move items from one list to another. Pressing and moving within the list makes copying and pasting frustrating in this app.
