No longer functions properly on iPad; developer website is gone; app dicontinued

Inability to access settings and main menu on iPad, only ability to make new lists remains, to delete lists; also iCloud syncing is working.
Discovered this do to a flag notification that, but i am unable to access the main menu to see what the notification is.
Looking for a new checklist app.
